Why can’t I view any of the online previews on my computer?
You need to have quicktime player installed on your computer to view our online previews. You can download free quicktime software here.
If you have a dial-up internet connection, then the online preview will be much slower than a faster broadband service.
All previews are compressed to a low quality to minimize internet bandwith size.
Do I need a Paypal account to order online?
No. The Paypal option is a fast and efficient way of ordering by credit card. However, EAV also allows buyers to order through our email address: admin@eavonline.biz. Order forms will be available online soon.
How long will it take to receive the program I ordered?
Our programs are dispatched within three working days upon receipt of order. Depending on where you are, your program should arrive soon after.
What if my program is damaged when I receive it?
We will immediately send you a replacement. Please email admin@eavonline.biz or phone 0354 72 3094 to arrange a replacement.
What if I am not satisfied with the product?
Environment Audio Visuals offers a 14 day preview policy. If you are unsatisfied with the product within this period you can return the product without charge. However returned copies need to be in resaleable order. EAV is not liable for postage costs for returned products.
It is a good idea to refer to the DVD preview page before purchasing a program.
